1. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The Wolverine 125th Anniversary Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 8:00:00 a.m. E.T. on September 20, 2008 and ends at 9:00:00 p.m. E.T. on November 29, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

2. HOW TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period: (1) Via in-store, Official Entry Forms will be available at participating retailer locations through November 29, 2008 or while supplies last. On an Official Entry Form or plain 3" x 5" paper, hand print your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address (optional), date of birth, retailer name and retailer city. Deposit your completed entry in the ballot box located at your participating retailer location by close of business on November 29, 2008. In some participating retail locations, kiosks will be available for entry. Please check with your local participating retailer to see if you may enter via in-store kiosk. (2) Via the Internet, visit www.wolverine125years.com or your local participating retailer’s website (if applicable), and fill in all required entry fields including retailer name and retailer location. Please check with your local participating retailer to see if you may enter via their website. All online entries must be received by 9:00:00 p.m. ET on November 29, 2008. Normal Internet access, phone/usage charges imposed by your on-line/phone service will apply. (3) By mailing your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address (optional), date of birth, retailer name and retailer city on a plain 3" x 5" paper in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope, to: Wolverine 125th Anniversary Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7912, Melville, NY 11775-7912. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 29, 2008 and received by December 5, 2008. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope. Please check with your participating retailer location to see if they are offering a Retailer Prize at their location. In the event the retailer you entered at or indicated on your entry is offering a Retailer Prize, you will automatically be entered into that prize drawing. Mechanically reproduced or automated mailed/deposited entries, or those generated by script or bot are not eligible. All entries must be complete to be eligible. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit 71 entries per person, regardless of method of entry (not including bonus entries – see below). BONUS ENTRIES: Entrants will receive one additional entry (“Bonus Entry”) in the Sweepstakes (excluding the Retailer Prize drawing) for successfully participating in the online game located at www.wolverine125years.com. Limit one Bonus Entry per person/email address per day. Limit 71 Bonus Entries per person/email address.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of September 20, 2008. Employees of Wolverine World Wide, Inc. and Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, participating retailers and their employees and the immediate family members of each (residing in the same household) are not eligible. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
PRIZES AND RANDOM DRAWING: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER will receive $25,000.00 (awarded in the form of a check). TWO (2) FIRST PRIZE WINNERS will each receive $12,500.00 (awarded in the form of a check). TWO (2) SECOND PRIZE WINNERS will each receive a Panasonic 50” HDTV (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”): $2,699.00 each). THREE (3) THIRD PRIZE WINNERS will each receive a Garmin nuvi® 880 GPS device (ERV: $1,000.00 each). FOUR (4) FOURTH PRIZE WINNERS will each receive a Shimano® Baitcasting Fishing Rod/Reel (ERV: $415.00 each). FIVE (5) FIFTH PRIZE WINNERS will each receive Carson® Falcon™ Binoculars (ERV: $89.00 each). TEN (10) SIXTH PRIZE WINNERS will each receive an Apple iPod Shuffle 1 GB with a $10 iTunes Gift Card (ERV: $59.00 each). ONE HUNDRED SIXTY NINE (169) RETAILER PRIZE WINNERS - ONE (1) RETAILER PRIZE WINNER PER SELECT RETAILER LOCATION) will receive a Wolverine prize package of boots and apparel (ERV: $300 each). ONE ACADEMY® SPORTS + OUTDOORS RETAILER PRIZE WINNER (open to Academy® Sports + Outdoors customers only) will receive a 2008 Nissan Titan King Cab XE Truck (ERV: $25,375.00). ONE CABELA’S® RETAILER PRIZE WINNER (open to Cabela’s customers only) will receive a 2008 Kawasaki Brute Force® 650 4X4 All Terrain Vehicle in Sunbeam Red (ERV: $6,599.00). Grand through Sixth Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. One Retailer Prize winner per participating retailer will be selected in separate random drawings from among all eligible entries indicating each participating retailer name. One Academy Sports + Outdoors Retailer Prize winner and Cabela’s Retailer prize winner will be selected in a separate random drawing from among all eligible entries received at or indicating a participating Academy Sports + Outdoors or Cabela’s retailer location. All Drawings will be conducted on or about December 19, 2008, by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a Grand through Sixth Prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Odds of winning a Retailer Prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received indicating each participating retailer name. Odds of winning the Academy Sports + Outdoors Retailer Prize or Cabela’s Retailer Prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received indicating a participating Academy Sports + Outdoors or Cabela’s retailer location. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by phone/mail. Limit one prize per person/household. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Prizes are nontransferable and no cash substitutions (for non-cash prizes) are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable.

5. GENERAL RULES: Income and other taxes, if any, related to the prize are each winner’s sole responsibility. All winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal) within 10 days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Academy Sports + Outdoors and Cabela’s Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees and pick-up costs associated with his/her prize. Academy Sports + Outdoors and Cabela’s Winners may be required to show proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license prior to taking delivery/picking up vehicle as directed by Sponsor. Any additional vehicle options that are not standard on make and model of vehicle listed in prize description are the sole expense of winner. Color and dealership at sole discretion of Sponsor. Style and color of Truck for the Academy Sports + Outdoors winner and the All Terrain Vehicle for Cabela’s Winner are at sole discretion of Sponsor. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Winners release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these OFFICIAL RULES. Online entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the OFFICIAL RULES; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner: or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, lost, postage due or late ballot box or mailed entries or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the online portion of the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including for infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes from eligible online entries received prior to cancellation and all eligible deposited and mailed entries received.
